Member Pricing

• Classroom rental:
• free! - Half Day (up to 4 hours)
• $450 - Full Day (up to 8 hours)
• $1200 - Lobby Area
• Hands-on shops:
• $75 - Half Day (up to 4 hours)
• $250 - Full Day (up to 8 hours)
• Hospitality / Host Fee (covers staff coordination, setup guidance, and day-of support.)
• $50 - $300 depending on requirements

Non-Member Pricing:

• Classroom rental:
• $350 - Half Day (up to 4 hours)
• $800 - Full Day (up to 8 hours)
• $2000 - Lobby Area
• Hands-on shops:
• $250 - Half Day (up to 4 hours)
• $450 - Full Day (up to 8 hours)
• Hospitality / Host Fee (covers staff coordination, setup guidance, and day-of support.)
• $100 - $500 depending on requirements

Additional Notes:

• Food and beverage arrangements must be handled directly by the renting organization; ABC does not provide catering coordination.
• There is a $75 per hour cost for a shop coordinator, if determined one is needed for safety purposes. There is also a cost on the use of any disposable supplies/materials
• Rental fees are for the venue only and exclude extra AV. Additional labor fees may apply for setup, breakdown, or staffing.
• Rentals are approved based on staff availability; certain dates may be unavailable

Use our fully-equipped hands-on shops to help increase the level of your craftworkers. Hands-on training shops available for task-training in:

• Equipment Operator
• Sheet Metal

• Sprinkler Fitting
