How to Apply
Applications are accepted Monday through Friday from January through September during the hours of 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. (Applications are not accepted in October, November, or December.) According to state regulations, you must come to our office to fill out the application. We cannot mail the application to you and the application may not be taken from the office. Who Should Apply
All applicants must be 17 or older. Otherwise, anyone is welcome to apply regardless of gender or ethnic group. No prior construction experience is required, and there is no upper age limitation. ABC is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer. Qualified minority and female applicants are encouraged to apply.

After You Apply
You will be given a list of requirements to fulfill. Although the list is more detailed, you must submit to our office three letters of personal reference, proof of age, a doctors certificate stating that you are physically able to work in the construction field, a transcript of your last completed school grade, and a letter from a current or past employer. If you are a veteran or are claiming prior work experience in the construction field, you must submit appropriate documentation.

After you have submitted all of the requirements, you will be scheduled for a personal interview with the ABC Education Director. All applicants must also take a basic math test before beginning classes. Those individuals who do not pass will be required to take a 10-week remedial math course and will be charged an additional fee.
